Roger Bolton kicked-off the first day of the 22nd Annual Spring Seminar held in the historic Hudson Theatre in New York City. He began by thanking the planning committee for the event, which was chaired by Ray Kotcher, Chairman and CEO of Ketchum, and co-chaired by Bob DeFillippo, Chief Communications Officer - Global Communications, Prudential Financial, Inc. He also expressed his appreciation to the World Economic Forum Global Corporate Citizen Initiative for partnering with the Page Society on this event. "We're flattered to be in their company," he said, "and grateful for their help."

Bolton then provided updates on some of the key initiatives underway in the Page Society. He also invited members to become actively involved by volunteering to serve on one of the eleven committees and five task forces currently underway.

Bolton then announced the appointment of Thomas P. Nicholson as executive director of the Arthur W. Page Society. Nicholson is a seasoned communications executive who has experience in journalism, public relations agencies, and corporate public relations. He also brings general management experience with P&L responsibility from his most recent position as Vice President and General Manager of two divisions for Avery Weigh-Tronix, LLC, one of the largest international manufacturers and sellers of industrial and retail weighing systems.
